## What it does

- Takes due-dated tasks from the connected list and places them as calendar blocks around existing events.
- Google Tasks is the default and the only source on Starter. Pro and Max can add connectors (Todoist, Trello, Linear, Notion).
- Plans across the next 7 calendar days.
- Respects timed events and all-day events (all-day blocks the work window that day), with a 15-minute buffer between blocks.
- Event titles influence placement (for example prep before a matching meeting).
- Only creates and edits events it created itself. Existing events are never modified or deleted.
- Does not live-reshuffle: a meeting added after planning does not push existing blocks aside.
- Drag a block or change its duration and Synora learns that preference. Completing without moves also feeds learning.
- Completing a task in Google Tasks updates the matching calendar event (poll-based, not instant). How often it polls is a plan limit.
- Overnight, unfinished tasks roll forward to the next day with room. No published clock time for rollover.
- Working hours are configurable (defaults 08:00–22:00).
- Works on mobile through the normal Google Tasks and Google Calendar apps.

## What it does not do

- No team scheduling, no assignees, no project management features.
- No separate app, desktop or mobile.
- No time tracking.
- It does not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or the full calendar scope.
- Things and Asana are not supported.
- Not for people who coordinate shared work, or who do not use Google Calendar.

Three plans. Trial is the same on all three: 14 days, no credit card. Figures below are the annual rate. Monthly billing costs more (~20% saving on annual, as advertised on the pricing page). Cancel any time from the customer portal.

- Pro — €12 / month billed annually. Google Tasks + 1 connector. +5 calendars. Sync every 2 min, unlimited. Advanced Learning Engine, Advanced Reasoning.
- Max — €22 / month billed annually. Google Tasks + unlimited connectors. Unlimited calendars. Sync every 1 min, unlimited. As Pro, plus priority support.

## Security and data

OAuth scopes: openid, email, profile, calendar.events, calendar.freebusy, calendar.calendarlist.readonly, tasks.

Adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy including Limited Use. Data stored in the EU (Firebase `europe-west3`). Access revocable at any time; self-delete available in the app. Data is never sold or used for ads.

Correct phrasing: Synora only ever creates and edits its own blocks. Incorrect: Synora cannot change your events.
