Guide · For creators
The publish date is public. The work before it isn't.
Thursday is on the calendar because the audience can see it. Script, edit and package wait for a good day, then slip. Here is the whole setup, step by step.

One date is real. The pipeline is a hope.
A brand call in the morning. Publish · ep. 14 in the late afternoon. The week already knows the public date. It does not know when the script gets written, or when the edit happens, so those jobs wait for a batch day that keeps moving.

Making is four jobs. The list treats them as one.

Signing up and connecting Google are the same step.
There's no separate account to create. Google asks for four things: the list of calendars, the events on them, when you're busy, and your tasks. No Gmail, no Drive, no contacts. The boxes come up empty — they have to be ticked before anything works.
Synora only ever creates and edits its own blocks. Existing events are never modified or deleted, including a publish slot you already put on the calendar.

Date each stage. Not one blob called make content.
Give the script a due date, then the edit, then the packaging. No tags, no priority field, no working hours to configure — hours default to 08:00–22:00 and live in Planning if you want them different. Anything without a date stays a list item and Synora leaves it alone.

The publish date stays. The stages get hours.
The brand call and the publish slot sit where they were. The script takes the morning before the call, the edit lands in the long gap after, the thumbnail takes the hour before publish — Synora reads task and event titles for context. Fifteen minutes sit between blocks.
Only dated stages get scheduled. Undated ideas stay on the list until you decide one needs time.

Correct a block. Don't rebuild the week.
Drag a block to a better time, or change how long it is, and Synora learns that preference for next time. Tick the task complete in Google Tasks and the matching calendar event updates on its own — it polls; it is not instant. Overnight, unfinished work rolls forward to the next day that has room. A meeting added after planning does not push existing blocks aside.
Keep the list the pipeline already lives in.
Google Tasks is connected by default and is the only source you need. If stages also sit in Todoist, Trello, Linear or Notion, those connect too and their due-dated items get scheduled the same way. Extra sources follow your plan — one on Pro, unlimited on Max.

The rhythm is something the calendar holds.
Thursday still has a publish time. Monday through Wednesday now show the work that used to wait for a good day. You date the stages. Synora places them around what was already booked. The deadline you set for yourself stops being the only thing the week can see.
None of that needs a new habit beyond one due date per stage. Filming days stay events on the calendar. Everything else plans around them.

A pipeline of dated stages needs the full loop. Pro learns how you actually make things, keeps the calendar honest, and adds one connector if the list isn't Google Tasks.

Questions
Can I keep a whole day free for filming?
Put the filming day on your calendar as an event. Synora treats it as taken and schedules everything else around it.
Will it fill every free hour I have?
Only tasks you gave a due date get scheduled. Undated ideas stay on the list until you decide one needs time.
Do I have to use Google Tasks?
Google Tasks is the default. Pro includes one connector — Todoist, Trello, Linear, or Notion — if your list lives elsewhere. Max can add more.
Does it work if I publish weekly?
That is the case it fits — a repeating date with several stages in front of it, each of which needs its own hour somewhere.
