How-to
Give the work a due date
A list records when something is due. It does not record when you will do it. That gap is the whole job.
A due date is not a time
Every task list is good at holding what. None of them know how many hours are left this week. Synora takes due-dated tasks from the connected list and places them as calendar blocks around the meetings you already have.

Only dated work gets a block
Anything without a date stays a list item and Synora leaves it alone. That is deliberate: the list is allowed to stay a list. Date the tasks you want on the calendar. Leave the rest.

Add your first task
Give it a due date in Google Tasks. That’s what Synora reads — then it becomes a calendar block.

Add a task in Google Tasks and set the due date — today or tomorrow. Without one, it stays on the list.

Hours and the horizon
Working hours default to 08:00–22:00. Change them in Planning if you want them different. Synora plans across the next 7 calendar days. It respects timed events and all-day events — an all-day event blocks the work window that day — and leaves a 15-minute buffer between blocks.

Titles help placement
Event titles influence where a block lands — prep before a matching meeting, notes after. You can drag a block to a better time or change its duration. Synora learns that preference for next time. Completing without moves also feeds learning.
