Synora

How-to

Keep the list you have

Google Tasks is the default. Todoist, Trello, Linear and Notion connect the same way. Things and Asana do not.

1Default

Google Tasks is enough

Google Tasks is the default on every plan and the only source on Starter. You do not migrate to a new task manager. Due-dated items in that list become calendar blocks. Undated items stay untouched.

Tasks

My Tasks

Add a task
  • Draft proposal — Northwind

  • Revise wireframes — Atlas

  • Send invoice — Helix

This walkthrough uses Google Tasks. The others plug in the same way on Pro and Max — the list stays where your work already is.
2Connectors

One connector, or more

Pro can add one connector. Max can add unlimited connectors. The live connectors are Todoist, Trello, Linear, and Notion. Due-dated items from a connected list are scheduled the same way as Google Tasks.

3Not listed

What is not supported

Things and Asana are not supported, and neither is any source not named above. If the work lives there, it needs to reach Google Tasks or one of the four connectors before Synora can place it.

4Surface

The calendar stays the surface

Connect the list. Give the work a due date. Look at Google Calendar. There is no Synora app to open, on desktop or mobile — the blocks appear in the calendar you already check.
