Synora Guide for Freelancers
Video coming.
Your first due-dated task, and the first block
A due date is the only new habit. The work lands around the calls that were already there.
A due date is the only new habit
This is the only new thing. A due date. You do not tell Synora how long anything takes.
- No tags.
- No priority.
- No project.
- No estimate.
- Draft proposal — NorthwindMon, Sep 7
- Revise wireframes — AtlasMon, Sep 7
- Send invoice — HelixMon, Sep 7
Add your first task
Give it a due date in Google Tasks. That’s what Synora reads — then it becomes a calendar block.
- 1
Add a task in Google Tasks and set the due date — today or tomorrow. Without one, it stays on the list.

The loop
- 01Add the task where you already add tasks.
- 02Give it a due date.
- 03Open Google Calendar — that is where you will actually be from here on.

What the first block already includes
- It plans the next seven days.
- Fifteen minutes sit between blocks, so one thing running over does not take the next.
- An all-day event blocks the working window for that day.
- Everything without a date stayed on the list. That is deliberate.
