Synora Guide for Freelancers

Video coming.

The invoice that keeps slipping

The small work that pays you still gets a block. Tick it off, and the event updates. Leave it, and it rolls forward overnight.

The work that pays you gets a time

Add your first task

Give it a due date in Google Tasks. That’s what Synora reads — then it becomes a calendar block.

  1. 1

Add a task in Google Tasks and set the due date — today or tomorrow. Without one, it stays on the list.

  3. 3

Check Google Calendar — the block appears in a free slot.

Hours default to 08:00–22:00 — change them later in Planning.

Onboarding skips hours and goes straight to the first due-dated task.
A short dated task is still a task with a date.
  • A short dated task still gets a block.
  • Tick it complete in Google Tasks and the matching calendar event updates on its own. It polls. It is not instant.
  • Unfinished work rolls forward overnight to the next day with room.
