Overview
Overnight, before the next day starts, unfinished tasks roll forward to a day with room. Synora writes a new block. It does not shove today's calendar around when a meeting appears.
A task that is still open at the end of the day is not done. Leaving it on yesterday's grid hides it. Dragging it by hand is the morning you already spent. Automatically roll unfinished tasks to the next day is the repair: the work stays visible as time, on a day that still has hours.
What actually happens
Tick a task complete in Google Tasks and the matching calendar event updates on its own — poll-based, not instant. Leave it unfinished and, overnight, before the next day starts, Synora places it on a day with room, across the next seven days, around timed and all-day events, with a 15-minute buffer. Completing a plan without moves also feeds learning. Drag a block or change its duration and that preference is used next time.
You do not rebuild tomorrow by hand.
What this does not do
A meeting added after the plan does not shove existing blocks aside. Rollover is overnight, not a live nudge. Synora only ever creates and edits its own blocks.
