FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions that matter before you connect Google.

Do I need Google Tasks? What about Todoist?+

Google Tasks is the default on every plan. Pro and Max can also connect Todoist, Trello, Linear, or Notion. Things and Asana are not supported.

Is calendar access safe?+

Access is limited to what Synora scheduled. It only creates and edits those task blocks. Your existing meetings and events from other apps are never changed or deleted. See our Security section for scopes, revocation, and self-delete, or read the full Privacy Policy.

Do I need to install a new app?+

No installation required. Synora runs headless in the background. You add tasks in Google Tasks and view your day in Google Calendar — on desktop and mobile, just like today.

What if the AI plans my day poorly?+

Drag any block to a better time — Synora learns from your changes. If you do not finish a task, it rolls forward to the next day automatically. You always keep the final say.

Does it work on mobile?+

Yes. Add tasks in the Google Tasks app and check your schedule in Google Calendar on your phone. Synora syncs in the background — no separate Synora app to open.

What does it cost?+

Synora has three plans. Billed annually: Starter €7 / month, Pro €12, Max €22. Monthly billing costs more. 14-day trial, no credit card. Figures are on the pricing page.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+

No. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card. We only ask for payment details if you choose to continue after the trial.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel monthly from the customer portal. There are no long-term lock-ins or annual commitments.

Will Synora overwrite my existing fixed events (e.g., client calls)?+

Synora schedules tasks around your real commitments. Fixed meetings and blocked time stay in place; Synora fits tasks into the remaining availability.
