Synora

Intelligence

Not every gap counts. The plan leaves room.

Finding empty space is the easy part. What matters is how long a task really takes, what kind of day it lands in, and how much room the plan needs to survive contact with reality.

Task Intelligence

Not every task is an hour

Synora reads what the task says and reserves time that matches. A message is minutes. A draft is a session. You don't tag it — you just write it.

Context-Aware Planning

It reads the room

Twenty minutes between two calls is real time, but it isn't time to start a proposal. Event titles shape placement: prep before the matching call, lighter work after a long one.

Realistic Planning

A day you can actually live

Synora leaves a 15-minute buffer between blocks. That gap is what lets a plan absorb a delay instead of collapsing under a day packed to the minute.

Adaptive Learning

Correct it once

Drag a block or change its duration and Synora keeps that preference for next time. Completing a task without moving it also counts — the plan was accepted.

How it works

You're already signed up.

  1. Welcome to Synora

Agree & sign up with Google

01 — Sign in with Google. There's no separate account to create. Signing up and connecting Google are the same step.

  2. Google
    • Google Calendar
    • Google Tasks

02 — Confirm what Google asks for. The consent screen asks for four things: the list of calendars, the events on them, when you're busy, and your tasks.

  3. My Tasks
    Draft proposal — NorthwindToday

03 — Give the first task a due date. After Google is connected, onboarding goes straight to the first due-dated task. Hours default to 08:00–22:00.

  4. Calendar

    Draft proposal — Northwind

    10:45 – 12:00

04 — Open Google Calendar. That's it — opening your calendar and looking at it. The due-dated task is already a block.

  5. Google Tasks
    Google Calendar

05 — It stays in the background. No dashboard, no weekly review, no second system. You add tasks in Google Tasks and look at Google Calendar.

Frequently asked questions

What if the estimate or the placement is wrong?

Resize the block, or drag it. Synora learns your real durations and your timing preference for that kind of work. Anything it learned can be corrected the same way it was learned.

Do I need to write tasks a special way?

No. Write them the way you already write them. There's no duration field, no tags, and no categories to fill in.

Can I change my working hours?

Yes. Set them in onboarding or in settings — they default to 08:00–22:00 — plus an optional brief about how you work.

Does it read every calendar I have?

It reads busy intervals across the calendars you grant, so meetings on secondary calendars are respected. Event titles used for context-fit come from your primary calendar. An all-day event blocks the work window that day.

What doesn't the planning do?

It only knows what's in the task title — if something is unusually large, say so when you write it. It never moves or edits your existing events. There's no training mode, no feedback prompts, and no report of your habits. It doesn't cap how much you take on.
