Synora

Simplicity

No new app.Your calendar is enough.

No dashboard, no weekly review, no second system to keep accurate. You add tasks in Google Tasks and look at Google Calendar. That's the whole interface.

Runs in the Background

There is no Synora app

You add tasks in Google Tasks and look at Google Calendar. That's the whole interface. Nothing to install, nothing to check, nothing to keep up to date.

Setup

You're already signed up

Sign in with Google, add a first due-dated task, and you are done. Working hours default to 08:00–22:00. You can change them; you do not have to.

Your Tools

No migration. No new calendar

Google Tasks is the default on every plan. Pro and Max can add Todoist, Trello, Linear, or Notion. Blocks write to the Google Calendar you already open.

How it works

You're already signed up.

  1. Welcome to Synora

Agree & sign up with Google

01 — Sign in with Google. There's no separate account to create. Signing up and connecting Google are the same step.

  2. Google
    • Google Calendar
    • Google Tasks

02 — Confirm what Google asks for. The consent screen asks for four things: the list of calendars, the events on them, when you're busy, and your tasks.

  3. My Tasks
    Draft proposal — NorthwindToday

03 — Give the first task a due date. After Google is connected, onboarding goes straight to the first due-dated task. Hours default to 08:00–22:00.

  4. Calendar

    Draft proposal — Northwind

    10:45 – 12:00

04 — Open Google Calendar. That's it — opening your calendar and looking at it. The due-dated task is already a block.

  5. Google Tasks
    Google Calendar

05 — It stays in the background. No dashboard, no weekly review, no second system. You add tasks in Google Tasks and look at Google Calendar.

Frequently asked questions

Is there really no app?

There's a small web page for your account, billing and deleting your data. There's no Synora app for planning or checking your day — open Google Calendar, that's the interface.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Add tasks in the Google Tasks app, check your day in Google Calendar, drag a block if it's in the wrong place. There is nothing of Synora's to install, on any device.

Do I need a credit card?

No. The 14-day trial doesn't ask for payment details. You only enter them if you decide to continue.

What does it work with?

Google Tasks is the default on every plan. Pro and Max can connect Todoist, Trello, Linear, or Notion. Things and Asana are not supported. Blocks are written to your primary Google Calendar; busy time is read across the calendars you grant.

What happens if I stop?

Revoke access and the blocks stop. Your tasks and your calendar are exactly where they always were — nothing was migrated, so there's nothing to migrate back.
